Sometimes all it takes is people, ideas, conversations - and an open door.

With Open Doors, the KIT-Gründerschmiede and maKeIT are now regularly opening their doors at K26 - for anyone who just wants to drop by. No appointment, no pitch, no plan required. Open Doors is exactly that: Come by, look around, ask questions, meet people - no registration, no prior knowledge, no set agenda.

PROGRAM

Several consultation stations invite you to stop by and ask questions. Our experts are on-site and take the time to help - whether it´s about initial ideas, specific questions regarding funding programs, spin-offs from research, or simply getting your bearings. We know who´s in charge - and if we don´t, we´ll put you in touch.

In addition, selected university groups and partners from the entrepreneurship sector will be on-site, with whom you can exchange ideas and get to know Karlsruhe´s startup ecosystem.

Right across the street, at TRIANGEL, the Open House also takes place on Wednesdays - open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for co-working and networking. If you´d like, you can combine the day: develop ideas and work at TRIANGEL, and get advice at K26.
Drinks and coffee are, of course, included.

TARGET AUDIENCE

Our OPEN DOORS is open to everyone. Our offerings are particularly beneficial for students, researchers, and staff at KIT who are interested in impact and entrepreneurship.

NEXT STOPS

Open Doors always takes place on the first Wednesday of the month. The next date at Campus South (K26) is July 8 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We´re also on campus every first Tuesday of the month at Campus North -on June 9, and July 7, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM in the Casino foyer. Two locations, one format - just stop by wherever works best for you.
