Exploring the Housing-Energy Nexus in Thessaloniki

From 24–30 April 2026, ITAS brings a full week of research and teaching activities to Thessaloniki in collaboration with the PREFIGURE project, the Institute for Regional Studies at KIT, Aristotle University, and the EPICUR European University.
Join us at Corner, our mobile laboratory for transformative urban studies, for a week of open, interactive, and interdisciplinary engagement on housing and energy challenges.
 
What to expect:
• Open discussions on the housing–energy nexus
• Interactive mapping activities
• Video installations
• Focus groups on housing and energy vulnerability
• Workshops on gender inequalities and climate change
• Scaling discussions on housing in Thessaloniki
• Activities with EPICUR students
