Such as a Research Professorship with only two weekly semester hours (90min). Even without professorship, you have the opportunity, to expand your area of responsibility with increasing experience, for example, by taking on leadership tasks.
To support your successful qualification to a Full Professorship, KIT Excellent Tenure combines qualification paths, such as Junior Research Group Leader and Junior Professorship or Tenure Track Professorship. Alternatively, as a Junior Research Group Leader, you can also be employed permanently as an Established Scientist after the term of your junior research group has ended.
