Your Application

Résumé – Short and Clear
In reverse chronological order, no more than two pages, and easy to read. Highlight relevant experience (e.g., lab internship, software project, shift management in customer service, or committee work). A photo is optional. Tips for your résumé

Cover Letter (Optional)
If you wish to write a cover letter, it should be tailored specifically to the position and include additional information not already listed in your résumé.

If you don't meet all the requirements in the job posting, apply anyway if you cover most of them. Motivation, a willingness to learn, and your potential count.

After You Apply

Review of Your Documents
Once the application deadline has passed, we will check your documents against the job requirements.

Invitation 
If your profile stands out compared to other applications, we will invite you to an interview in a timely manner, including the date, location or online link, and instructions on how to prepare.

Face-to-face Interview

Your Preparation
Think about the experience and strengths you bring to the table. What motivates you? Why do you want to join KIT? Why are you specifically interested in this position at KIT? We would like to hear about your motivation and expectations.

Procedure 
In person or online. Depending on the position, in addition to managers, team members and, if applicable, representatives from Human Resources, the Staff Council, and Representatives of Disabled Employees will also participate.

Contract Offer
Once you have successfully completed the selection process, you will receive a contract offer. Your HR contact person will coordinate all further details with you.
