Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and the Karlsruhe University Society (KUG) confer the Heinrich Hertz Guest Professorship to the co-founder of SAP, Hasso Plattner. In two public lectures, the entrepreneur and alumnus of KIT will speak about the architecture of a column-oriented main memory database on February 15, 2016, 18.30 hrs as well as on February 16, 2016, 17.30 hrs, at the Tulla-Hörsaal on KIT Campus South (building 11.40, Englerstraße 11, Karlsruhe).
