We would like to cordially invite you to the German Crystal Growth Conference (DKT) 2026, which will take place from March 4 to 6, 2026, in Karlsruhe, under the auspices of the German Society for Crystal Growth (DGKK).

The main topics of DKT 2026 will cover the scientific foundations of experimental, theoretical, and applied crystallization. This includes the production and characterization of bulk semiconductors, the epitaxy of III/V semiconductors, growth kinetics, and crystals for lasers and nonlinear optics. Industrial crystal growth will also be represented, as well as the crystal growth of materials for solid-state research.
