The 2014 Mechanical Engineering Day on Friday, July 11, from 10 hrs at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) will offer a forum for the networking of researchers, industry partners, and students. Under the heading of “Engineers in Industry and Science” visitors will be given interesting insights into current research projects and they will be free to attend presentations by top-level representatives of industrial companies. During the Department Colloquium from 16 hrs, the invited lecture will be given by Dr. Bertram Kandziora, CEO of STIHL AG. Representatives of the media and the interested public are cordially invited to come to the 2014 Mechanical Engineering Day of the KIT.
