Modern light-emitting diodes (LED) provide pleasant, bright light at the push of a button without high power consumption. Outdoors and indoors, LED can be used as an alternative to conventional bulbs and low-energy lamps. Illumination concepts based on LED are now presented in the SILUET showroom. On about 20 square metres, ten innovative LED concepts can be found. They are the results of the joint project ZAFH LED-OASYS of Baden-Württemberg Universities of Applied Sciences, which was supported scientifically by the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). Interested persons may visit SILUET on KIT Campus South from June 26 to July 27 at 4 p.m.
