 Coaching bietet einen geschützten Rahmen, in dem sich Promovierende –
 unterstützt und angeleitet durch eine Facilitatorin – auf Augenhöhe
 unterstützen, austauschen und merken: Viele Fragen und Sorgen werden
 geteilt, ganz unabhängig vom eigenen Forschungsthema.</p>\n\n<p>
 </p>\n\n<p><strong>Leitmotiv: Verbundenheit</strong><br />\nIn 3–4
 Sitzungen entsteht ein Raum, in dem Promovierende merken: Ich bin nicht
 allein. Im Austausch mit anderen, die ähnliche Phasen durchlaufen,
 entstehen neue Ideen, neue Perspektiven auf eigene Fragen und neuer Elan
 für die eigene Forschung. Der dafür gewählte Ansatz ist Dialog- und
 prozessorientiert, arbeitet mit kreativen und analogen Methoden und legt
