Ethics as “Compass“ in the Globalized World

Progress and globalization make people face the new challenge of acting responsibly, “correctly”. Moral standards are in greater demand than ever. In the 2013 summer semester, the Colloqium Fundamentale of ZAK I Center for Applied Cultural Science and Studium Generale of Karlsruhe Institute of Technology will concentrate on basic principles of today’s ethics. The series will be opened on Thursday, April 25, 18.30 hrs, by the newly appointed President of the Global Ethics Foundation and President of the State Court of Justice of Baden-Württemberg, Eberhard Stilz.
